In one paragraph
I build the operating system around learning: the template a catalog can share, the process a faculty body will follow, the policy that keeps quality from depending on one hero, and the AI pipeline that lets a single designer cover a 50+ video series. Twelve years in higher education and enterprise SaaS.
5–10 min
script drafts, down from 3–4 hours
~65%
faster production turnaround
300+
courses on one D2L template
100+
courses moved online in COVID window
What I am hired to do
- Scale production without scaling headcount — grounded gen-AI for scripts and synthetic voice, with a human still on judgment and SME review.
- Standardize experience — in-house course templates and LMS patterns other designers will actually adopt.
- Install process — 50-week development frameworks, RACI, review gates, contingency.
- Govern quality — faculty manuals, QM-inspired rubrics, committees, accreditation constraints as design input.
Selected proof
- Trimble Transportation (2021– ) — AI script/VO pipeline; TMT SaaS video series; first CoPilot customer credentialing program.
- Cleveland University (2019–2021) — campus distance-ed ownership; COVID transition; inaugural Faculty Manual.
- Duy Tan University (2018–2019) — course development process designed from scratch in Đà Nẵng.
- Columbia College (2013–2017) — responsive template across 300+ courses; D2L Fusion 2017.
